HiBob’s Birthday Week 2009–Day 1

This one is from Robert’s Investiture Ceremony and he has just gotten his CBE medal from Prince Charles. It’s always fun to see Robert in a suit. But this pic makes me smile because it looks like he’s giving the Prince a piece of his mind! Apparently they did discuss a few political issues during the exchange. You go, Robert!

We Robert Plant fans in Connecticut would love to see him receive a knighthood!

The CBE is just one level below Knighthood. I’d rather see him get inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist, since 2007 marked his first year of eligibility.

- I had seen Robert Plant in person a few years ago when visiting relatives in London, I’m surprised he isn’t in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fsme anyway!
