Eagle Rock Entertainment will re-issue Live at Knebworth
on March 23, 2010. The re-issue marks the 20th anniversary of the original release by Polydor in 1990. The sale of this CD set will benefit Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy and the Brit School of Performing Arts.
The Knebworth concert originally took place on June 30, 1990 and included a who’s who of performers: Robert Plant, Elton John, Phil Collins, Genesis, Pink Floyd and Paul McCartney.
Live At Knebworth includes three Robert Plant tracks: Hurting Kind, Liar’s Dance and Tall Cool One.

Robert Plant just wrapped up his three song set at Rockwell O2, the benefit concert for Nordoff-Robbins. According to various Twitter posts, Robert performed an “African” style Black Dog, and Whole Lotta Love. He also performed Fixin’ to Die, which he performed with Justin Adams and Juldeh Camara at Womad this year as well. Comments ranged from “awesome” to “brought the house down”.

XFM London is giving away a pair of O2 Rockwell tickets. Robert Plant is one of the artists scheduled to perform at this benefit for the Nordoff-Robbins charity. The concert takes place September 11, 2009.

The O2 (UK) will host Rockwell, a charity event that will benefit the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy charity. Priority tickets will be available from August 3 to August 5 2009 for O2 customers. Some performers scheduled to appear are Joss Stone, Tom Jones, Robert Plant and more.
Robert Plant appeared 19 years ago at Knebworth (1990) at a similar event which raised 3 million pounds for the charity. Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy uses music to improve the quality of life for children and adults with autism, neurological damage or terminal illnesses.
